Information we receive from Meta and other third parties:

If you choose to interact with us through a Meta platform — for example by logging in with Facebook, contacting us via Messenger or WhatsApp, or responding to one of our Facebook or Instagram lead or advertising forms — we may receive information that you have permitted Meta to share with us. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include your name, profile picture, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send us. We only receive this information with your consent, and we use it only for the purposes described below.

We may also receive information from service providers who help us run our business, such as analytics, advertising, payment, and review platforms.

  • To provide our removalist services — to prepare quotes, confirm and manage bookings, coordinate crews and vehicles, complete your move, and process payment.

How you can request deletion of your data

If you used Facebook Login to connect to us, you can also remove our app's access at any time through your Facebook settings (Settings → Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites), which stops further data sharing.

You can also ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal information we hold about you; and
  • correct any information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete.
