Data Deletion Instructions

Man With A Van respects your right to control your personal information. If you have used our app or website — including by logging in with Facebook or contacting us through a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp) — you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

1. Email us at [privacy@manwithavan.com.au] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Write to us at Man With A Van, PO Box 1122, Richmond North VIC 3121, Australia.

To help us find and remove your information, please include enough detail to identify you — for example:

• the name, email address, or phone number associated with your booking; and/or
• the Meta account (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp) you used to contact us.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request and confirm we have what we need to identify you.
• We will delete the personal information we hold about you, and instruct our service providers to do the same where applicable.
• We will let you know once your request has been completed, normally within 30 days.

We may need to keep certain information where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes). If so, we will tell you what we have kept and why, and we will delete it once it is no longer required.

Removing app access on Facebook

If you connected to us using Facebook Login, you can also stop further data sharing at any time by removing our app from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings on Facebook.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Man With A Van in the list, select it, and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops future data sharing. To also delete the information we have already received, please send us a deletion request using the details above.
